3. How Fika Jobs Works

Fika Jobs is an intermediary platform and marketplace that helps job seekers and hiring organizations connect.

4. AI Features and Interviews

We may record, transcribe, process, and analyse calls, interviews, assessments, and other interactions with our AI systems in order to provide and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Profiles and Introductions

By using Fika Jobs as a job seeker, you acknowledge that we may create and share your candidate profile and related professional information with relevant hiring organizations, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy.

We may also introduce you to employers, recruiters, staffing firms, RPOs, or other hiring organizations by email or through other direct communication channels where relevant to a potential opportunity.

6. Your Obligations

You must provide truthful and non-misleading information. You must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience, or right to work.
