fika ai was born out of a near miss.

We almost skipped an interview with a candidate who didn't stand out on paper. We decided to talk to him anyway and within minutes, we knew this person got it. How he approached problems, his energy and the way he thought things through. We hired him on the spot.

That moment stayed with us. If we almost missed him, how many other talented people never even get a chance? Not because they're wrong for the job, but because nobody actually sees them.

We know from experience that teams don't have time to really get to know every applicant. Most candidates only apply to a handful of roles that feel like a fit. Good people and good teams keep missing each other, and it doesn't have to be this way.

We built fika ai to change that.
